In the social media era, what changes have we seen?
Noon Woranuch: There are a lot of them. You can see everything, whether it be on every new platform. And I feel like those platforms are what we choose to use. They are both good and bad, depending on what people choose. That is, look at it but don’t go too deep into it. Or sometimes we create content for fun. We now know why people are here. Because it’s fun and heals yourself at different ages. Noon is lucky to still act in dramas. Therefore we will meet The actors are a lot younger, so it’s like having a lot of friends. He invited us to do this and that, so it was a starting point for us to do many things.

Just found out that you have been practicing or meditating since childhood?
Noon Woranuch: Started when I was a child. We live with mom. Then my mother took me to meditate in elementary school until I was about 20 years old We had the opportunity to go to Vipassana, but it was a short period of time when we were suffering in some ways. When we sat there, we found the answer: don’t pay attention to it. It’s an old story. Don’t want to know. Knowing is useless Then we make merit and send merit to everyone around us. And 2 years ago I went to sit in the cemetery. But I went quietly and didn’t post on social media Because I had the opportunity to practice Dhamma with a monk. He said that sometimes merit cannot be reached in such places. It’s like we go sit and practice the mind and spread kindness there as well. What I got was a feeling of relief. Sharing merit with those around him who may not have had the chance.

What does it mean to say that you don’t think you can let go because you are still in attachment?
Noon Woranuch: In meditating, I don’t say that Noon left it completely. Maybe if I just stayed at home, I would sleep and meditate. If at any time you sometimes can’t sleep well When you meditate, you will feel lighter and sleep very well. I mean, I go to a very strict place I came until I was a little serious. So we’re looking for what’s suitable for us. I’m not opposed to anyone doing good or bad, but everyone has their own way. Because we feel that our making merit or meditating does not hope for nirvana I don’t hope that I won’t be reborn again I am still a human being who has many passions that I want to do. It may be consistent with the way Buddhism is viewed today I don’t see what our future will be like in the next 3 years. Where should I travel next month? Or where do you plan to go? And then do your best in the present.

Do people often get stuck in worrying about the future or the past?
Noon Woranuch: But it might be because of Noon herself. I feel that Noon has a warm family. Having siblings is a normal problem. If there is a problem, it must be solved. If it has to be something We can’t always worry about that problem or blame it all the time. And there is one word that friends like to say: Don’t be too happy. Happiness or lots of laughter There’s something coming soon. It’s true. Therefore, it will not be with us forever. Suffering will not always be with us. It will come and go. Noon may be lucky to have friends who listen. That is, it’s not that Noon can do everything herself Friends can support and talk about the same things. because they used to practice together The emptiness I encountered was very good. It was so good that I didn’t want to quit practicing Dhamma at all. That is positive emptiness. There is also a negative emptiness. which we meet in the characters

Please tell me?
Noon Woranuch: For example, in Varee, which Noon received in the series Don’t Go Home, sometimes she was so sad that she was still. It’s like a thought symptom. defective mind Or some friends have said that they feel empty and don’t want to be there. That is, it will be empty like that. Then Noon met in the character. That is one thing that makes Noon understand life. Which is like Mom Noi said, we do a lot of drama. Get to know friends and get to know people around you through characters. Then it will allow us to learn about people in our real lives. It makes our lives easier. And I looked at everyone with happiness.
