Oat Pramote admits that he likes to spoil his girlfriend so much that he works so hard that he doesn’t have time for his personal life!

When Papa Bear “Oat Pramote” has to meet the hottest villainess “Kaembum Priyada”, this is the most chaotic kitchen work. Picking up pork and cracking jokes, Oat admits that he likes to spend a lot on his girlfriend. He reveals that he is currently working so hard that he has no time for his personal life. Shocking! Kaembum reveals a secret on the show, saying that she likes Zani a lot on the show “How many chili peppers do you put in my menu?”

Today we welcome Mr. Oat Pramote.
Oat Pramote: I feel like I’ve been close to you for a long time because I watch your clips. Your husband is similar to me. He has a collection of art toys, likes to buy watches, and likes cars.

Why do you look so gentlemanly?
Oat Pramote: I’m a polite person. I speak politely to people I work with, such as employees or anything like that. I don’t speak rudely to employees. I mostly speak to my very close friends, like Zani.

I like it. It’s cute. I feel shy when I see it!?!
Oat Pramote: Let me give you some advice. Go like someone else.

What are the advantages of Sanim?
Oat Pramote: None.
Kaem Bum Priyada: I still love him. I’m married and I love him. (shy)
Oat Pramote: Oh! People are blind and dizzy.

Please give me an update on your life. How are things these days?
Oat Pramote: There’s a lot of work. It’s the best. I do a lot of things. I run 3-4 companies and I also have to accept concerts and sing. In one month, I accept 12 concerts, film 24 episodes of shows, and have meetings with 3 other companies and take care of the employees.

When do you have free time?
Oat Pramote: Not at all. To be honest.

Living a private life?
Oat Pramote: Not at all. There are many responsibilities.

Are you tired from work?
Oat Pramote : It’s really tiring. The bigger the company gets, the more employees we need. Like recently, I just evaluated my employees every 6 months. I started at 11 a.m. and finished at 2 a.m. Right now, I have 50 employees. I have to have more meetings with my superiors about this and that. The scale of the work I do is bigger. This year, I’m making a sitcom that has the theme of young office workers, but it’s not a long episode, it’s a short one. It’s on Kot-Kool and Workpoint.

What do you think it takes to be a good CEO?
Oat Pramote: I think it depends on the working style of each company. Each person has a different way of managing their work. Because I am a CEO in my own way.

When employees have problems at work, what is the biggest headache?
Oat Pramote: I think misunderstandings are easy to clear up with us, but difficult to clear up with employees because they work together every day. There will be more divisions. I’m close to you, you’re close to me. I want to work with this person. I don’t want to work with this person. It’s normal for humans because humans are social animals. They have to live in groups.

How to fix it?
Oat Pramote: Then call them to talk. First, talk to one person about what the problem is, then call the whole team to talk and solve the problem, what happened, and give direct feedback. What we did was not working, we need to change this way or that way. And everyone must accept what they did wrong, and it will be great. Employees do not often resign when there is a big problem. Most employees resign because of petty issues, which we do not want employees to resign. We want them to stay with us because we have built the organization. It is not easy to get a talented person these days.

Since you started the show, have any guests given you a headache?
Oat Pramote: Seal band. We ate a lot of rice. We could talk clearly, but later on, when we got drunk, we started to sting moths and destroy tents. It was a bit chaotic, but we were close. We loved each other, so there were no problems and we could enjoy ourselves. I think the closer we were, the more headaches we had. Sometimes we were having too much fun, and he was having too much fun, to the point where no one could stop anyone. It was a total mess.

Are you a big spender?
Oat Pramote: With friends, I don’t really care about money. For example, Sani will buy me a bag every year, one on my birthday. I consider it a gift for working people.

And do you pay for your boyfriend?
Oat Pramote: It’s very general. Bags, everything I want. If we go on a trip together, we have to go shopping once.

If you have a lot of work, do you see your boyfriend often?
Oat Pramote: We don’t get to see each other very often. From my perspective, there’s no such thing as “ok” or “not okay” because I have to take responsibility for my work. I put work first, work first. There are also problems with time and things like that. I hope you understand that we don’t get to see each other very often.
